These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between hs999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the hs999 website at https://hs999.ws and any associated services, games, or features made available through it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hs999.

By registering an account on hs999, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply using any part of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the hs999 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

hs999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the hs999 platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. hs999 recommends that all players review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

Each player may hold only one registered account on hs999. All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. hs999 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. hs999 will never ask you to share your password under any circumstances.
• You must notify hs999 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• hs999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• You may close your hs999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
• hs999 reserves the right to deactivate dormant accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, following prior notification to the registered contact details on file.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible. hs999 will use these contact details for account verification, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and any other communications relevant to the player's account. hs999 cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information held on the account.

hs999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions on hs999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. hs999 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in the player's own name and that corresponds to the verified identity information held on the player's hs999 account. The following restrictions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account upon detection.
• Withdrawals will only be approved once a player has satisfied all applicable KYC verification requirements. hs999 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal at any time.
• hs999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and are not guaranteed — delays caused by payment providers, banking system maintenance, or security reviews are outside hs999's control.
• hs999 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending a fraud investigation or a review of compliance with these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

Currency conversion fees charged by mobile banking providers (such as bKash or Nagad) or by card networks (such as Visa or Mastercard) are outside hs999's control and are the sole responsibility of the player. hs999 recommends that players verify their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating any transaction on the platform.

All bets placed on hs999 are subject to the rules of the specific game or market to which the bet applies. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the rules of the specific game shall prevail for matters relating to that game, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

• hs999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any malfunction of the platform software. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of hs999. Once confirmed, live bets cannot be cancelled by the player. hs999 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, data feed disruptions, or integrity concerns.
• The maximum permitted bet amount per transaction and per event is set by hs999 at its sole discretion and may vary by game type, market, and player account status. hs999 reserves the right to reduce the maximum bet limit applicable to any individual player's account without prior notice.
• All casino games on hs999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of hs999's platform systems. hs999 does not and cannot influence game outcomes.

hs999 reserves the right to settle a sports betting event using the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, BPL official results for Bangladesh Premier League matches, or ICC official results for international cricket fixtures). In the absence of an official result, hs999 may use widely recognised third-party data sources to determine settlement. Where a result remains genuinely in dispute, hs999 will void the relevant market and return all stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hs999 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering more than one account on hs999, whether under the same or different personal details, for any reason including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through the standard user interface provided to all players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market available on hs999, including but not limited to match-fixing arrangements, chip-dumping in poker-style games, or coordinated in-play betting schemes.
• Depositing funds that are derived from any illegal source or using hs999 as a mechanism for laundering, concealing, or transferring illegally obtained funds. hs999 is required by applicable law to report any suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or ongoing account management process, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

hs999 may share information relating to prohibited activities with relevant law enforcement authorities, financial institutions, and other gambling operators where legally required or permitted to do so. Players found to have engaged in money laundering or fraud will be reported to the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit and relevant law enforcement bodies.

All content available on the hs999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software code, game interfaces provided by hs999 (as distinct from game content owned by third-party providers), and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hs999 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the hs999 platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of hs999.

The hs999 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of hs999. Unauthorised use of the hs999 brand, trademark, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any business, website, application, or service is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants any player a licence to use the hs999 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform as a registered user in accordance with these Terms.

hs999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal basis for processing, and the rights available to players in respect of their personal data.

hs999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer a player's personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent. hs999 may share player data with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to operate the platform and fulfil obligations to the player.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hs999 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction outside of its target market. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the hs999 platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of hs999 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
